SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics I will do my best to package your item securely. Packages will be sent with the local postal service and include tracking, but unfortunately, art is not insurable by the postal service. Therefore, it is at your own risk when ordering an item.
When ordering more than 1 piece, a shipping charge will be applied to each item. The actual of cost of the shipment will be determined after by the weight, and the difference refunded. If you have any questions regarding ordering multiple items please reach out.
If your piece arrives broken or damaged please refer to the exchange policy below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
While I do my best to ensure the packaging of the ceramics is secure, it is possible to a piece may become broken or damaged. If a piece arrives broken or damaged, please send me a photo to studiopeachmtl@gmail.com.
I am happy to replace to piece free of charge except for the shipping cost or refund you for the entire payment including shipping.
